I loved chilling out at the amazing rooftop terrace with a drink in hand and soaking in the relaxed vibe. The spa and live music were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the heating was a bit loud at night, but it didn't ruin the fab experience! 😊

The room was super comfy, and I loved hanging out by the rooftop bar with a view. There’s a cool spa for some much-needed relaxation. A neat little lounge area to chill. Just a heads up, the club noise outside was a bit much at times, but it didn't ruin my vibe. 😊

Cool vibes and helpful staff!
Just spent 2 nights here and it was awesome! Farah at the desk was super friendly and helped us feel right at home. The vibe is totally unique, and being able to grab a guitar for the room? Genius! It's close to the fun stuff like Oxford St The breakfast was decent too, but the bar could use more options.

Live music every night added to the vibrant atmosphere.
The check-out time was too early at 11:00 AM with no flexibility to extend.

The Rock Royalty Junior Suite featured a stylish, music-inspired design with quality furnishings, making it a comfortable base while exploring the city. Amenities included an exclusive lounge access, providing a unique atmosphere for relaxation and refreshments.
The lack of communication regarding bookings led to unnecessary room changes, which is frustrating on a vacation. The entrance area appeared unkempt. dirty coffee cups lingered too long on surfaces. the advertised Hard Rock branding faded into confusion as the hotel rebranded prior to our stay, impacting our expectations upfront.

The location is superb, just a hop away from Hyde Park. The coffee machine in the room was my best friend, serving caffeine at odd hours. The ambiance is quite lively and the music was a fun touch.
That bathroom door is basically a transparent suggestion to avoid sharing! And the noise? Let's just say, I left feeling like I attended a concert instead of a hotel stay.

Recommend it for families with kids
We arrived a bit early and the staff were very accommodating they let us drop our bags and enjoy some amenities before check-in and when we finally got to our room there was a surprise birthday setup for my daughter with balloons and a fruit platter which just made her day super special
It was a bit pricey but worth the experience
